New synonymies and new combinations for Chinese Issidae (Hemiptera: Auchenorrhyncha: Fulgoroidea)

Eight new synonymies of taxa different rank and six combinations are proposed in members the family Issidae (Hemiptera: Auchenorrhyncha: Fulgoroidea) occurring China based on their original descriptions.
